My experience with FortuneJack has been extremely disappointing, and I want to warn other players about what I experienced.First of all, I find their welcome bonus very misleading. You have to wager 10× your stake before the bonus is actually unlocked. In my opinion, that is a very significant requirement for something presented as a “welcome bonus”. Make sure you read the terms very carefully before accepting it.I also experienced problems with my money. FortuneJack gives the impression that payments are processed instantly or very quickly, but in my case it took three days before my money actually appeared in my account. This does not match the expectations created by their own claims about fast payments.The biggest issue came when I tried to withdraw my remaining balance. I had €XXX in my account and simply wanted to withdraw it. Customer support then told me that I first had to meet a wagering requirement. I repeatedly asked them to explain exactly which specific term in their conditions meant that my remaining balance was subject to this requirement, but I did not receive what I consider to be a clear or satisfactory explanation.Another thing I find particularly concerning is that FortuneJack's own terms list the Netherlands as a prohibited jurisdiction, yet I was still able to register as a Dutch player, deposit money and play. This raises serious questions for me about their player verification and the way they allow Dutch players to use their platform.For me, this is not just about the €XXX. It is about the overall experience: what I consider to be a misleading bonus structure, a three-day delay in receiving my money, unclear conditions regarding the withdrawal of my remaining balance, and the fact that Dutch players are apparently not supposed to be accepted according to their own terms.I have screenshots and supporting evidence documenting the communication, the payment timeline, the account balance, and the relevant terms and conditions. FortuneJack, please don't waste your time trying to have this review removed from Trustpilot. I can provide evidence to support every factual statement I have made in this review.This experience has completely destroyed my trust in FortuneJack, and I have decided to close my account.My advice to other players: read every single bonus and withdrawal condition very carefully before depositing money. Don't just look at attractive promotions or promises of fast payments. Pay particular attention to what happens when you actually want to withdraw your money.Based on my experience, I will not be playing at FortuneJack again.
