I am a loyal Tesla status player at FortuneJack. Yesterday, I made three separate deposits totaling over $250. Support agent Sophie confirmed a 'priority bonus request' due to my activity. However, 12+ hours later, I have received nothing.Now, support (agent Sally) is giving me contradictory excuses, first saying no bonuses are available, then claiming a review is 'in progress' but refusing to escalate the matter to a manager because I 'don't have VIP status yet'—despite being in the Tesla tier.This is unacceptable treatment of a high-tier loyalty player. If FortuneJack does not value its Tesla-level depositors, I recommend others to stay away.
