⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally, great customer service!After having a frustrating issue, I was finally able to speak with someone live who took the time to listen and actually look into what was happening.The representative was patient, polite, and helpful. They checked the situation, confirmed that the restriction had been released, and even stayed on the line while I went back into the casino to verify that everything was working properly.I really appreciated that they didn’t rush me and made sure the issue was completely resolved before we ended the conversation.
