Bovada— player complaints: 341 in English

I will never use Bovada again. It is the worst betting site I have ever used. I have had to verify my identity multiple times within 2 days and finally after getting verified they are still holding my funds as a pending withdrawal. When I ask why they say it’s because of the number of withdrawals they have. This is the 3rd day of having my funds tied up and unavailable. Never again!!!!

I registered for a $20 jackpot sit and go and was unable to connect to the table. I tried several times on my phone and even on my laptop and still had no success. This was nothing new to me as it has happened before but usually I am able to connect at some point but this time I wasn't able to. Using the customer service chat has been very difficult. The first two agents I was disconnected from which was frustrating. The third told me they would give me a $20 ticket for another jackpot sit and go which is exactly what has happened every time in the past and I was happy with that. After leaving the chat I never received the ticket and when attempting to chat with another agent I was told the ticket was in my account but it's not. Dealing with the same issue in the past has always been frustrating but usually comes out with a $20 ticket added to my account which is easy to claim and I am satisfied with that. For some reason this time they want to make it very difficult for me to receive this ticket. I have been playing on this site for years with thousands of dollars deposited into the site. For them to make such a difficult situation for a $20 ticket is very poor customer service. I myself work in a casino and understand the frustration from both the player side and I understand the casino side. Never would a customer have to go through something like I have gone through for such a minor situation. I have noticed the Casino has been losing a lot of business in the poker section. In the past I would sign up for a jackpot sit and go and within seconds the game would start and now there are times where you can't even get three players to start the game and you have to leave the table. Just from my experiences with the customer service department I believe the way that they deal with their customers may have an impact on their business and it shows. I'm not one to complain so if I am complaining and taking the time to post about it then there really has to be problem. And I would say I would play on an average of 3 to 5 times a week for years.

This scamming casino has now locked my account holding 11k of my money for one month. They have not given any reason for this, other than my account “being under investigation.” I’ve provided all requested information. I’ve received the same bs response every single time I’ve reached out to support. These criminals will gladly take your money when you deposit/lose, but if you win they will lock your account indefinitely and steal your money. As any reader will be able to tell my their response to this review, this is completely accurate, and should be more than enough warning to never, under any circumstances, use Bovada.Absolute criminals.

terrible casino, maybe even scamI deposited there 2166$ and I didn't even manage to win anything, when my account was negative they limited my stakes so I was not able to bet anymore, after I made withdrawal request to get my money back, they disabled my account and despite I provided them documents for verification my account is still disabled since 3 weeks already with 1833$ I do not recommend this casino, if they won't unlock my account they are literally scamming people....

SCAM, 60 dollar bonus and playthrough is 1200 dollars!!!! need less to say that the bonus is not designed to play through!!!! F---your reply Bovada...took the 60 dollars in less that 15 plays, and they won every single one of the spins!!!!

As I write yet another review of this fraudulent company, I remind everyone that they locked my account 4 weeks ago with a 11k balance, requested my ID, selfie, and utility bill, which I instantly provided, and yet my account remains unlocked. Looking forward to another one of their absurd canned responses thanking me for my patience as it comes up on one month of them taking a look at my ID, while holding 11k of my money. NEVER GIVE THESE CRIMINALS A DIME. I do everything in my power to recover MY MONEY, and will update this space.

My Zelle transfer from matchpay was rejected from my bank and now matchpay will not reply. I’ve lost thousands in the past dealing with them. It’s a shame you stopped giving me checks like you use to.

Been using Bovada for several months now and the one consistent issue is the odds. After comparing lines regularly against other sportsbooks, Bovada is almost always 2-3 points behind. It adds up over time and you start to feel it in your results. The platform itself works fine, but if you're serious about getting the best value on your bets, the odds gap is hard to ignore. Would like to see them improve on this front.

I took 12 screenshots of errors, before and after bets, that proved Bovada's glitchy website cost me $600 in winnings in under 15 minutes. They literally asked me to get these screenshots the night before so I could be compensated for the winning wagers. Their response? A kindly fck you, we're keeping your money. I'm a Legend 2 player, I've wagered millions on this site and they've refused to pay me $600 in winnings after providing the proof that THEY ASKED FOR. They wouldn't even offer a bonus, which I NEVER ask for. In reality, they owe me thousands. I ended up wagering over $400, and the chat agent told me it was because my winnings were low. The terms clearly state that the rollover is completed once $250 is wagered. Once I pointed this out, the agent ended the chat immediately. This happens every time I catch them in a lie or call them out for contradicting themselves. In that one interaction, this chat agent made up 3 separate lies as to why I wasn't getting my money, and after throwing the terms and conditions at him, he ended the chat. They're lying, stealing cowards who read off a script until the customer calls them out for it.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! YOU MIGHT AS WELL LIGHT IT ON FIRE. Worst cash out experience and they only cash out in crypto, it’s a scam. They take money from a credit card or bank account but will not pay out that way. I sent an email to customer service and never got a response. NOT PAYING THE SAME WAY THE DEPOSIT IS OBTAINED, IS A SCAM.

Bovada’s bonuses are a SCAM. They lure you in with a bonus, but it expires within a few days and then they subtract from your balance not only the bonus but also the profits made using the bonus. Then they keep your actual cash deposit locked until you play the value of the cash deposit and the bonus X times rollover value. A total SCAM.

I hit withdraw money through match pay but it never asked for my Zelle or Cash App nothing. Just said it was successful but the withdrawal didn’t happen.Edited.The method I was trying to use was match pay

Do not play these casino games. They are terrible and if you want to withdraw money it’s through Bitcoin. It’s the biggest scam if I’ve ever seen one. You can transfer to your bank or even a card. DO NOT PLAY. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Full on scam. I screen recorded times they literally rewinded a roulette spin and the screen glitches and that number is completely removed from the winning numbers. They seem to catch on to your betting style and you'll end up with some crazy long run of mathematically and statically impossible numbers. It is definitely a scam. Do not use Bovada.

Ever since they took away the player points, Bovada has went down hill fast. It’s not player friendly at all, you will received messages about deposit bonuses and they are so bad. Used to be 5x sports and now it’s 7x sports. You don’t get any players reward unless you call there mega scratch card a reward, but you have to deposit 150$ and play 500$ in the casino before you even qualify. It gets worse, there site goes down at least 15-20 times a month. If you’re looking for rewards or money back on your losses and deposits this is not the site for you. The only thing good about Bovada is there withdrawal which is really fast, and that’s the only positive about this site. I have been playing on Bovada since day one and what I am saying is the truth 100 percent.

They are fraud, I made deposit of 515USDT, placed 2 bets and won both, casual bets nothing illegal and they void them both and restricted my account. Account is not disabled but password somehow is not correct, I did not change it and I'm sure I insert it correctly. looks like they shadow banned my account without any information and took my money.

Extremely deceptive casino. I opened an account in march, submitted a withdrawal request that same month for a small amount, they requested verification which I provided. Then while I waited I played my balance down… the minute it hit 0$ I got a notification saying my account verification was completed. So I tried again…. Same thing as soon as I attempted a withdrawal they requested another verification less than 30 days after the first. Now my account is disabled and awaiting review…. Going in week 3 with no updates.Stay far away from these scam artists!

I’ve been attempting to verify my account for 4 days now. I’ve been sent down multiple rabbit holes basically saying I did not follow the rules for verification. Which I have multiple times. They suspended my account with a positive balance not allowing me to sign in or withdraw my money. And they keep giving me the same we will look into it when I reach out to the customer service via chat.
