I am a level 3 Allstar player with over 600,000 lifetime points. I was playing a few days ago and hit a jackpot. Rather than paying it went back to the regular game. I messaged in but was told could not see it on their side. I kept on and finally the rep said she did see it and would escalate it. i waited 24 hours messaged back in. I again was told did not see it until i showed where other rep did see it than i was told to wait. i waited 48 hourz to be told i did not hit jackpot and decribed what jackpot screen would look like. when i sent copy of message from their rep decribing same thing that i did hit my account get deactivated and blocked. They can take your money but sure cang pay when u win

My name is Christelle,I’ve decided to open up an account with bovada and after much hassle deposited via crypto, I managed to make a nice profit betting! I deposited about 500 dollars and used their 75% match bonus. I won a few bets and got up to around 2650 in total. Upon withdrawing, I’ve received an investigations notice saying I’ve violated their terms… I’m so worried that this is a scheme they use to take away peoples profits. Closed my account when trying to withdrawal asking for verification documents. Sent them in and said would take 24-48 hours. They are now not giving me any eta and it has been over a week.

I won big on some parlays and went on a pretty good winning streak and when time to withdrawal, it was denied and account placed on disabled. Bovada casino is a cheating casino I would never recommend playing here.for starters when you first start playing they let you win a little for the first 5 deposit than the game gets tighter.
