I think it’s time for us to start a lawsuit against this scammers. They steal money , switch parleys . I have proof of them stealing and changing wining parleys to lose. I’m serious people. Who else wants to sue them?YES YOU DO CHANGE PARLEYS AND I HAVE SCREENSHOTS TO PROVE IT !

The worst experience was my cash app card I ONLY used on bovada having fraudulent charges. Has happened twice now, it is clear they have an issue. Withdrawals were having errors and there was no way to know. Still have not received the money and cannot start another since the other is pending. Website is unbelievably buggy and you can lose rewards due to website issues. Even if you put in a lot of money the rewards are incredibly mediocre. For sports there are many other better options, same with casino. I have lost all reasons to use the casino and the continued ignorance of problems is so frustrating. So far the website has been down every day of June. No official statements or plan ahead. They would rather host live streams with OF streamers and give away bonus funds than make an enjoyable experience for returning customers.

I noticed that other Bovada users who filed complaints on other platform around the same time have already received responses and updates from your team. Yet, my case has been completely ignored for over 7 days. What are you guys doing?

Ive had been playing on Bovada some time now using crypto only, After I submitted my second withdrawal request, I received an email saying that my account had been temporarily disabled and requested I verify my identity by providing my ID. I provided it through email shortly after. I was told it could take 24-48 hours for the review to be concluded. It's been over 4 days and no email response back. Live Support is no help and says there's nothing they can do... Definitely a scam site and takes advantage of its users.. Still waiting for my account to be reenabled and resolved.

This is my first time ever writing a poor review for anyone on any platform. I cannot access my account and I have received no help from customer service. I was requested to provide Bovada with verification documents to access my account and verify it is me who is doing a withdrawal. I provided everything… pictures of my ID, picture of myself holding my ID and a bill with my name and address. Since I have sent these verification documents, I have received no response back. I even emailed back just to confirm if my documents were received and I still cannot get a response. I tried the live chat and they could not confirm if my documents were received. I tried calling customer service and there was an automated response saying to reach bovada by other methods. I would love to give Bovada a 5-star review but this process has been frustrating. I am hoping that someone at Bovada will see my review here and help me. 8I have been customer of Bovada for over 8 years. I play often Legend Level 2 1.8mil total points. Anyway lately its this platform has been going downhill, from uninterested Customer Service to help to turning any issues that is your fault. Locking your money from withdrawals due to wrong code that is auto filled when requested ( 24hr) lock time.... difficulty to withdraw with continues Error Codes, but no issues when depositing how strange. However my point is I don't trust them neither you should especially if you new gotta watch you back, Don't think for 1 second that you actually own your account.

Giving you the math so you don't waste your time. PROMOS ARE PUNISHMENT NOT REWARDS. The promos Bovada run are a complete scam and I'll prove it to you with math. They hide in the fine print that the poker bonus only rolls over 20% of what you contribute. The stated goal is 750 Reward points, of which i completed only 11%... wow. I deposited 25$ and won 110$ playing slots. I bite the bullet and play atleast 3x my original deposit on poker assuming that is enough to withdraw and boy was i wrong. This means I would have to play at least 27x my original deposit to ever withdraw. If i had saw this i would have never deposited so hopefully this keeps you from making the same mistake i did. i feel more ashamed than anything what a predatory industry.
