toadys date : Aug 18 2026On Aug 11th 2026 after about 2.5 months of being Red Room Advantage, I was opted out of Red Room Advantage. If you check all the emails. The first email with my complaints against Ray as my Host. I gave my reason for the complaints. a few weeks later, I also email a few emails, stating the facts I no long have faith with Ray, and wish to have new Host. But your response was simple,....: I will continue to have Ray as my host.... Never did you mentioned about the reason why complaint and how did it factor into your decision. Its like your decision was final without any of my concerns. I went to live chat a few times. Again, asking to have Ray contact me personally, and again Ray fail to do that. I never get a phone called. I did called Ray a Liar with live help MANY TIMES. But that was my honest feeling toward him. Did Bovada investigate its process and follow each email I have written to both Bovada services and to Ray. Did Bovada check the dates of the first incident between Ray and myself ? First incident was within 2 weeks of miss calls where I had to wait until 3Am and even 5Am for Ray to call. The first email with complaints was 2 weeks after I got promoted to Red Room.About a month into the Red Room I am sick of Ray, I asked Bovada to remove Ray from my host. I no longer request his service, because it was useless, and I do not like being lied to. well, on August 11, about 2 or 3 months after getting promoted to Red Room, I was demoted back to HALL OF SHAMEIf Bovada follow my email date. how many emails i have written. The dates. Bovada will find that I did not have a good relationship with Ray from day 1 until the day I was STRIPPED of Red Room. So to me I complaint about my host Ray, and the result is here >>>> I am back to HALL OF SHAME<<<<If Bovada want more proof, Bovada can have another person to call me for more details. But I know it will not happen. I dont have much proof because all the notifications in my account get deleted automatically. I have no proof with all his notices, and all his emails, and all his apologies. But I am at a point where I just want Bovada to stand up and defend its customer. Without us, bovada is NOTHING

i just placed a few bets on bovada,i won some,tried to withdraw thru bitcoin method,the one i’ve used for years,all of a sudden when i copy and paste the bitcoin address,the message i get is “please provide a valid bitcoin address”,over and over,i copied and pasted several bitcoin addresses,still the same message,i emailed them several times,they even asked me for the bitcoin address i used for withdrawal,but no,bovada will not pay me.becareful with bovada,it’s not what it once was.they cancel bets after the bet is won,saying the rules don’t aply,sll kind of bull shit with theese crooks,do yourself a facor and stay away from theese thieves.

Beware, this site is rigged. I have played for a long time, I have spent a lot of money on this site. They have absolutely ruined me financially and I'm having constant thoughts of ending it. I truly believe this site has worked in a way to get me to this point. When I started here I was getting constant wins, I won $500 my first time. I'd consistently walk away with more than what I have started with, constant 100 200 500 dollar cash outs, its builds up the addiction giving you the dopamine and then it stops. I have now spent over thousands of dollars since my last real win besides maybe 20-50 very rarely. I hardly hit the bonuses anymore and 90% of the time it's for no more than $15 when I used to consistently get 50, 80, 200 and yes even somewhat frequently 500. Nothing like that anymore. Not to mention the constant random errors in the middle or start of a bonus, page randomly refreshing, or a "connection error" that only seems to happen 90% in a bonus. I'm confident there is something going on behind the scenes and I will be having a team investigate it. I have played other sites that genuinely do seem fair and random. But this is not. EDIT: You're "RNG" means nothing to me. You can say what you want but I can't see that. I have played countless other casinos where RNG feels legit and it seems random. Real life casinos.
