Customer service was very nice

Customer service was very nice, but "bonus" deposits were not that. I bet with my "bonus" money and lost several hundred dollars worth of bets and then had my winnings from winning bets be subtracted because the "bonus" had expired. Now, I made the bet before it expired. But it was a season-long bet so apparently that made it expire. Crooks.
