I am a level 3 Allstar player with over 600,000 lifetime points. I was playing a few days ago and hit a jackpot. Rather than paying it went back to the regular game. I messaged in but was told could not see it on their side. I kept on and finally the rep said she did see it and would escalate it. i waited 24 hours messaged back in. I again was told did not see it until i showed where other rep did see it than i was told to wait. i waited 48 hourz to be told i did not hit jackpot and decribed what jackpot screen would look like. when i sent copy of message from their rep decribing same thing that i did hit my account get deactivated and blocked. They can take your money but sure cang pay when u win
