I signed up with this casino for the first time. I won and off my winning I wagered and won more they were in the process of cashing me out that all of a sudden it was canceled at apparently someone had an account using my same Ip adress which I’ve never made an account and no one but I gamble in my house hold. The agaent told me that some times internet providers recycle and reuse Ip addresses. And when I signed up for it with my iPhone I sign up threw my google internet app but when it sent me an email to verify to my iCloud I clicked on it and it verified me threw my safari internet which of course uses they use both the same Ip I tried to explain this to the person I was chatting with than they said I wasn’t eligible for the bonus which is crazy cause if I wasn’t using the same Ip address and someone else used it before I pretty sure it would of detected it before verified my email address cause it still let me play bonus win and win off that bonus to cash out. I’m sure it would of detected it when I signed up not after I was already cashing out
