BitStarz stole $28,119 and their own support signed the confession. Read this before they reply.
Ok before BitStarz copy-paste their usual reply under this, please just read what their OWN agents told me. I have all the transcripts saved.Here is what happened.May 18 2026, around 2am I deposited 0.27 ETH. The Welcome Bonus 100% got credited automatically to my account. I played, completed the full wager x40, all 10.8 ETH out of 10.8 ETH required. The system literally said "Wager Done". I won around $30,009 on fortune of olympus I requested a withdrawal of $28,119.73 at 03:53. Few minutes later: status "Canceled". Account blocked. Money gone. They "refunded" my initial deposit of $571.98 and kept the rest. So basically they stole $27,547 from me.Their reason? Two clauses :3.1 account linked via IP/device3.10 bet more than $5 during bonus wagerSounds fair on paper right? Wait until you read what their support told me afterwards.First thing their agent Peter told me when i asked if my account is fraudulent :"There was nothing fraudulent."So... no fraud. But you keep my 28k anyway ? Based on what exactly ?Then i asked him : if i had lost everything instead of winning, would you have refunded my deposit because of those same clause breaches ?His exact answer : "No, as we would not have reviewed your account without a withdrawal being made."Read that twice. They literally admit the rules only get checked when you win. If you lose, those same "violations" magically dont exist. So its not a security rule, its just a trigger to keep your money when you win.Then i pushed more : if my IP is really linked and dangerous, can i redeposit and play tomorrow ?His answer : "You can deposit and play yes, there are no more welcome offers that will add to your account."So my IP is "fraudulent" on day 1, blocked, money confiscated... but the same IP is totally fine on day 2 to redeposit. Same device. Same person. Same everything. Only thing that changed : no more winnings to steal.Tell me how that makes any sense.About the $5 max bet rule (3.10) :Their platform let me bet $21 per spin while the bonus was active. No popup. No block. No warning. Nothing. Every casino i ever played enforces the max bet technically, the spin button just wont go above the limit. BitStarz doesn't. They let you bet whatever, then use it against you at cashout. Convenient.If they really wanted to protect players from breaching that rule, they would block the bet. They don't block it on purpose, because the breach is what allows them to steal at the end.About the IP rule (3.1) :If my IP was really blocked, my deposit should have been refused immediately. Instead :Deposit accepted ✅Bonus credited automatically ✅10.8 ETH of wager fully tracked ✅"Wager Done" displayed ✅Problem "discovered"... only at cashout ❌Either their KYC doesnt work (then its not my fault), or it works fine and they activate it on purpose only when there is money to take. There is no other explanation possible.And the regulator ?BitStarz is licensed by Curaçao. I tried to send my complaint there. It bounced back. Mailbox FULL. Server error : 554 5.2.2 mailbox full.So the regulator that's supposed to protect players literally cant receive emails anymore. And BitStarz still tells players to contact them.
