I received 50 free spins and managed to turn them into around €1,800 in winnings after spending over two hours playing. Afterwards, my balance was confiscated because their system supposedly detected that another account had previously used the same IP, device, or household. I am the only person in my household using the site, and I even offered to complete KYC to prove I’m a unique user. I was told KYC wouldn't make any difference, that they couldn't tell me what specifically triggered the restriction, and that the decision was final. So apparently you can play, win around €1,800 from a promotion, and then have the entire balance taken away without being given a meaningful opportunity to prove that the account association is incorrect. Very disappointing experience. I would be extremely cautious about putting time or money into this site.
