Ok well since I can't reply to what bitstarz said to my complaint,,the slot was rigged I won a 100x multiplier on crazy crazy claw on Fortune spin and it gave me 20x and when I went to my play history there was no 20x win or 100x win it said I won with a dollar bet and 4.2 multiplier or something like that and I have the screen shot to prove it,,now bitstarz how is it I won a 4.2 multiplier when crazy claw doesn't do .2 or .6 it only does whole numbers like 2 or 4 no .2 so explain that,,your customer service said it was because I was playing in eth which is crap because that wouldnt affect my multiplier and it didn't say eth it said 1 dollar,,I have screen shots of the whole conversation and of my play history, so explain the 4.2 multiplier when that's not possible,,then explain how the crypto I'm playing would make my multiplier 4.2 not 4,,you lie and try to make me look bad for the shady stuff that's happening there and your right I am a top winner at bitstarz but Ive also spent enough there to buy a house and new car and I didn't say there rigged all the time but every once in awhile something shady happens, so plz blame it on me or whatever but still doesn't change the fact that my history didn't match what I was truly playing and that you can't get a multiplier of 4.2 no matter what type of currency your playing it doesn't affect your mulplier,,like I said I have the proof and I'd be more than happy to show y'all again, I just went to your site and weird now my history is completely erased besides 3 pages when I've played there for almost 2 yrs it's never been erased before,,more shady stuff to cover up what I'm saying but good thing I took screen shots of it all you guys erased my bet history it only shows from July 6th till now which is funny because my complaint was on July 5th with you guys the error with the slot was July 5th but everything from July 6th and before is erased off my account and I got screenshots of that and then I asked your customer service just now to show me how you can get a 4.2 multiplier on the slot crazy crazy claw you want to know what happened they ended the conversation with me I told them I would erase this review and everything if they could show me how it was possible to get a 4.2 multiplier and they ended the conversation so let's get this right my bet history is erased from the day after I complained till all the way till I started playing this that's all erased your customer service could not show me how it was possible to get a 4.2 multiplier how shady is that that my bet history is erased you guys tried to cover up your stuff by making sure I didn't have any proof of it but I was smart enough that day to take screenshots of everything and I've got screenshots on my history being erased too three pages is all there is July 6th till now my complaint was July 5th so please explain that because my girlfriend who lives in another town she's got the casino and her bet history goes all the way back till when she started like 5 months ago so if nothing was going on why'd you guys erased my bet history why can't your customer service or anybody show me how it's possible get a 4.2 multiplier on that slot when it's not but I think I've got enough now probably to just let a lawyer handle it I wonder what happens to casino when they cheat and then they try to cover it up and someone can prove it
