I questioned the win loss ratios on some of the slots and even my win loss ratio and they said they didn’t have that data. So I asked to close my account and that had it closed before I could even finish my sentence almost. Seemed like when I questioned this they were happy to close my account. I once wanted to close my account before and they went out of there way to get me to stay. I don’t know how I feel now about the trust factor for me.I wanted to add while I know loosing is apart of it when you spin and every 8 or 9 out of 10 is a loss how could you keep that up.
