A Systematic Scam That Has Been Running for Years.On June 9, 2026, I sent Bitstarz a very detailed email (subject: „Request for refund of at least 50% of deposited funds…“) including complete account history, two video recordings, and a legal analysis of violations of Curaçao laws. I requested a refund of at least 50% of my deposited funds.Total deposits I made:0.28746652 BTC (between 2016–2017)5,000 RUB via WebMoneyDuring my entire time playing (dozens of games, hundreds of spins), I practically won nothing. The only win I ever had was 5,000 RUB, but it was immediately rejected — the withdrawal was canceled (status: Canceled – not paid). Statistically, this is practically impossible with slot RTPs of 94–98%.Instead of a serious response, the casino replied that they „did not receive the description of the email“, even though I sent the email twice.
