Pretty Terrible Experience, I took the wrong welcome bonus. I went to speak to a live agent which takes about 2 minutes, then the customer support agent never replied to my query and just disconnected from the chat without giving me any feedback. This has never happened to me in any other casino, I am pretty disappointed and will not play with them again for sure.

Betsson Casino is from Malta, to me any Casino from there is a scam.I have not had any issues receiving my tiny withdraws, but they do a dame good job of robbing me with way over the amount of straight game payouts of zero, impossible to receive a scatter and the help is #1 BS!Play elsewhere if you can find a good online Casino, but I don't think there are any.

I really wish I had been lucky enough to read the reviews about this scam group called betsson here on trustpilot before I created an account.unfortunately I was one more who fell for it, I will explain how it works and how they will rob you.first they let you open your account normally, you will deposit without problems and the money will appear in your account, after some time you will try to withdraw your money, that's when the scam starts.the day after you try to withdraw your money your account will be blocked, if you try to ask for help to the chat they will say that you violated some rule, no matter what the rule is they will simply say that you violated it.That's it, you will never see your money againto be perfectly clear: IF YOU PUT YOUR MONEY INTO THIS BETSSSON SCAM YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN, THAT IS A PROMISE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Using delay tactics. Asking for the same documents over and over again, and then asking for another one just to delay the withdrawal. Everything with this casino is working until they ask for you to verify. AVOID WITH ALL COSTS!

Hello, Betsson cancelled my withdraw of 6850 € and refunded the deposit of 200 € on my account. I asked the reason behind the decision via live chat. The relevant department sent me an email saying that I have broken the rule 12.1 which states that: "Any Bonus is only available once per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, telephone number, computer/device and / or IP address.". I have not made an account to their casino before nor has anyone that lives in the same household.

Unable to deposit any amount of money using Visa.

Shocking !! Uploaded documents three times and each time rejected. No explanation given, I choose to ignore the previous bad reviews but I’m sorry Now as I just wasted €180. Avoid avoid avoid. Something doesn’t sit right with this company. Stay with the reliables

Betsson Poker is a robbery in cash tables. If you go at least some higher betting starting 50ct/1, you figure out personell putting the highest bets on unfinished hands and youre done. Ive reviewed this in a long run, to become concrete about my statement. They are ready when you are, be aware of very stupid allin calls to grab your money. Yes Iam talking about Gutshots, Backdoor Flushes, and hitting the higher pair. They call you in the flop already.

My friend deposited around 4200 NOK, the money went out from her muchbetter account but they were not credited to her betsson account.The money never came back, and betsson never did anything about it.Stay away from betsson.

Trust the negative reviews and save your money. Its better to believe the bad reviews because theyre honest. The positive reviews are usually written by people that work for the company

Betsson [REFUSED TO PAY] 650 euros from me and claimed a welcome bonus had been claimed more then once on my IP and devices. This is completely untrue. The device was newly bought from ebay a week before signing up. I live alone and no one from my house signed up for the sports offer. The only time i have logged onto betsson from another address was costa once. My friend [EDIT] logged into his account from my address when we were having a gambling weekend but he did the casino offer and not sports. Betsson are refusing to communicate any further so I need help.

Criminals - Have attempted to steal 650 of my money won fairly through sports bets. Claimed same IP/Device was used. Utter lies. Using new devices and dynamic IP on my plug n go.Currently taking action with the POGG, MGA and taking them to court as they are refusing to engage.Stay well well clear.Am also seeking compensation.

Incredible this sort of scam is legal. Fixed games and algorithm. So many negative comments and this S H I T is still running. Take down this crap from the internet it is too easy to get an account and these companies have many sites. They know you just move on to the next online casino, which is owned by the same crooks. In a casino they can check your ID, online anyone can open an account no matter how old or who you are.

I hope international laws will shut down sites like betsson and all gambling sites. Gambling sites must be banned it has destroyed too many lives. I’d rather be an alcoholic or a drug addict than a gambler. Junkies and drunks at least get something for their money. Anyway, I’m in contact with the Norwegian government regarding this. I think they are missing something here. It is not legal to have a casino in Norway. So this should be easy. They hate when money leaves the country ;)

This site is a joke, I've tried to cash out 3 times now, and I never get my winnings, they say it is probably a problem with my bank account, which is literally imposible because i've cashed out on any other site and receive my winnings the next day. + customer service is so slow and it feels like you are talking to a robot.

They just scammed me for 1500$ because of "too high bet" and refuses to pay out winnings.
