Dreadful Experience

I was tricked into making a first deposit based on a promotion for Canadians, only to find out they do not consider Ontario a part of Canada. Was then ridiculed by CS for thinking Ontario would be considered a part of Canada. Also, as to why they have to trick you to get you to deposit, my guess it is because they offer among the worst odds and highest vig in the market.

I registered with Betsafe to bet on a sports game that was live.Once registered, I deposited money with a bank transfer (10Eur), and it instantly was sent to Betsafe account, also my bank showed confirmation that it's no more pending, but already in their account.They lied that it's not confirmed my bank account, and I sent them a part screen to prove, then they said that the first deposit had to be made from different account.Now I have to wait multiple days for MAYBE my money to get refunded.AVOID!
