I had a BetFury account where I had already lost money on many deposits. After an accident involving my old phone, I lost access to the Google 2FA app and, consequently, lost access to my BetFury account. Yesterday, I decided to play and created a new BetFury account. Today, when I got home from work and tried to make a deposit, I was met with a message stating that my account had been blocked. I contacted support, and they told me the account was blocked because I already had another one. I explained what had happened, but they still insisted that I wasn't allowed to have a new account and that my deposit had been confiscated. It’s a disgrace; how can a casino the size of BetFury justify keeping a player's deposit simply because they created a new account?
