I’ve contacted 888 numerous times regarding this issue and they either ignored my emails, avoided answering the question or gave me an incorrect ruling in accordance with their own blackjack rules. The round ID is ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as per the data 888 provided me with shown on the first screenshot I have attached below. The blackjack game started at Mar 01, 2022 00:02:28 UTC as per the data 888 provided. The amount wagered was originally £175 however following a double down bet, this increased to £300. I placed my bet of £125 and £25 ‘Perfect pairs’ and £25 ‘21 + 3’. I was then dealt a 4 of hearts and 4 of diamonds vs the dealer (Dealer name was Brodie) 3 of hearts. This meant I had hit coloured pairs which returned 12/1 so £325 after the hand. I then decided to double down my 8 vs the 3, meaning I now had a main bet of £250 excluding side bets and I received the 2 of diamonds. The dealer went on to bust this hand meaning I should’ve had my side bet winnings and total bet winnings and in total this should’ve equated £825 (£250 at 1:1 odds = £500, £25 at 12:1 odds = £325). However, this hand only returned £575 meaning there is £250 I hadn’t received. Attached below is 2 screenshots of the game AND a log of every bet placed on that date showing that the bets with the action ID: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ were not paid out correctly further proving my case.
