The latest letter from the casino said 'We noticed some schemes in your gaming activities that don 't match our philosophy of rewarding players for their loyalty'. I think it 's not enough to deny a bonus.
The casino mentions that I broke the casino philosophy. I don 't understand what is casino philosophy mean? There is no "philosophy" section on the site.
