Just a follow up.So i spoke to a customer service agent that said my 100 free spins are there in my rewards,so i said Ok will go look,well to my surprise it was not there and couldn't get back on the chat.So now it's a day later installed the app again spoke to a agent.That told me he couldn't find it and after i gave him my username he found it and persisted to tell me that i did wager my full amount that is why i didn't get the bonus but the day before the other customer service agent said it was there,but let me tell you the exact reason i didn't get the 100 free spins,cause i have 2p left on there Lol really is there a game you can play for 2p just SMH. SHOCKING ripe of ARTIST.
