I have a gambling problem for some time now .never really won much .played this casino at the point i won over 2000 euro this past thursday i withdrew and asked via chat for a 7 day cool off so i would not be tempted to reverse the withdrawal .a simple time out was refused i was asked to send an email asking for one which i did.in the meantime i reversed and played to the point i was at 3200 today .i went back on chat today asked why im still waiting for time out i was told it would now be next week. Over 5 days is a stall tactic and it worked as i lost the lot this is my fault i know as i have a problem .they are not acting with due dilligence regarding responsible gambling.this why im complaining and feel should honor some of the winnings .thankyou
