I have been playing with 1xbet for months now. Mainly on soccer and virtual sports previously. There are occasion problems which I think it's still acceptable. These 2 weeks I started playing the casino slots. My VIP tier quickly moved to sapphire. I was able to claim some cashback at the start. But since 3 days ago, the VIP cashback is not available anymore. My last claim was 5 days ago. I have lost a significant amount in these period and was expecting some money back. I kept waiting and waiting but to no avail. Contacted app chat customer service. They gave me their standard usual reply. "We understand your frustration and we're trying our best to solve the issue". 1xbet, if this is your best then you should just close down. I thought sapphire member has a VIP manager to handle our problems. But no, all I get is a standard BOT reply. And the worst thing is one guy named Ashton just cut me off and ended the chat himself. This is sickening.
