I hold a "Diamond" account with this company, yet I have lost millions there. Whenever I contact support regarding my cashback, they recite the same scripted response: "Sorry, we are undergoing maintenance." It is constant evasion—the maintenance only ever seems to affect the cashback feature after I’ve already suffered losses. It is ridiculous; I have been trying to resolve this for a week with no solution.
