Very disappointed with the VIP cashback service.I have been playing with 1xBet for several days and with a very significant amount, but I have not received any VIP cashback so far. I contacted customer support several times, and every time I was told that there is a technical issue affecting VIP cashback and that it would be credited soon.However, nothing has been credited until now, and I keep receiving the same answer every time I contact support: “technical issue.”If I am eligible for VIP cashback based on my activity, I expect the amount to be calculated and credited without further delay. This is becoming very frustrating, especially considering the amount I have been playing with.1xBet, please resolve this issue and credit my VIP cashback as soon as possible. Customers deserve a clear explanation and proper resolution, not the same response every time.
