1xBet Casino - Unable to withdraw deposited funds after account closure
Hello, on 1xBet my account had a balance of 100,000 MNT (closed account ID: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇). This money was not used for any bets or games and was purely a deposited main balance. Due to my account being closed, I was unable to withdraw the funds from the account. After that, I contacted 1xBet’s security department by email to request access to my main deposited funds. However, none of my emails have received any response, I have not been contacted in any way, and the 100,000 MNT that was in the account remains unwithdrawn. Therefore, I am submitting this complaint to request a resolution regarding the main deposited funds that I was unable to withdraw due to the account closure. As evidence, I have attached the deposit transaction receipt for 100,000 MNT and copies of the emails sent to the security department. I hope my issue will be reviewed and resolved accordingly.
