My account was recently closed without any valid or clear explanation, and I was denied access to the funds I personally deposited. I received a short message from 1win stating that my account violated clause 9.7 of their Terms and Conditions, but no detailed evidence or proof was provided to support this claim. I did not violate any rules intentionally or unintentionally. The only possible reason I can think of is that my brother also has an account with 1win and used the same device (but with a separate identity, KYC, and deposit method). I have never abused bonuses or created multiple accounts for personal use. I contacted the casino support multiple times and even asked them to return just the amount I deposited, without any winnings or bonuses, but I have received no cooperation.
