Hello LCB Team, I am reporting a case of winnings confiscation by 1Win Casino. 1. The Incident: I won 3,531,740.20 UAH (approx. $85,000) playing "Book of Aztec" (Amatic). My account was blocked for several days. After I posted complaints on local forums, the casino unblocked the account but manually set my balance to 0.00. 2. The Evidence: I received an official email from "[email protected]" confirming the confiscation of 3,531,740.20 UAH citing a "technical error." Also, my personal manager "Lev" confirmed in a private message that my account is fully verified and clean, but they voided the win due to a "provider algorithm error." 3. The Lie: On other arbitration platforms, 1Win representatives are blatantly lying, claiming my account (ID 400063187) has been inactive for over a year. I have attached screenshots of my sports bets from April 2026 to prove they are falsifying data. 4. License: According to the official response from the regulator (Antillephone), license 8048/JAZ expired in November 2024 and is officially flagged as a SCAM.
