COD— what it means in affiliate marketing
Cash on delivery: the buyer pays the courier, and the affiliate is paid for a confirmed order rather than a completed payment.
Standard in physical-goods traffic across South-East Asia, India and parts of Latin America. The whole model turns on the approval rate from the call centre, because an order the buyer refuses at the door is a conversion that evaporates.
