Context

Online gambling in Turkey has been banned since 2007 (Law №7258). The only legal operator is the state-owned İddaa (sports betting through Nesine, Bilyoner, Misli — licensed intermediaries). Online casinos are completely illegal.

Despite the ban, search demand is 144M, making it one of the largest gray markets in the world. Operators use mirror sites and VPN to bypass blocks.
