International Game Technology (IGT) is one of the world's largest end-to-end gaming suppliers, tracing its lineage to Si Redd's A-1 Supply, founded in Reno, Nevada in 1975, and shaped into its modern form by the 2015 merger of GTECH S.p.A. and legacy IGT. Following the July 2025 acquisition of IGT's Gaming and Digital businesses by funds managed by Apollo Global Management and the simultaneous combination with Everi Holdings, IGT now operates as part of Voyager Parent LLC, led by CEO Hector Fernandez from Las Vegas with roughly 7,200 employees serving regulated operators across six continents.

IGT's portfolio spans four integrated lines: Land-Based Gaming, with cabinets such as the RISE55, DiamondRS and PeakSlant49; PlayDigital, covering real-money iGaming content and player-loyalty tools; PlaySports, a turnkey sportsbook platform; and FinTech, covering cashless payments and Resort Wallet. The content library is anchored by the iconic Wheel of Fortune slots franchise, the Powerbucks and Megabucks wide-area progressives, and premium titles such as Mystery of the Lamp and Cash Eruption Red Hot Joker.

The 2022 acquisition of iSoftBet added 125+ online games to IGT's digital arsenal, while the 2025 Everi combination deepened its FinTech capabilities. IGT holds more than 500 gaming licences worldwide, anchored by the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority, with major offices in Las Vegas, Rome, Providence, London and Beijing.
