I have a blalance of roughly $20,000 CAD in my Goldbet.io account. I tried multiple times to withdraw funds and it was rejected for various reasons. I logged in one morning to try again and my account was blocked. It states: User account banned Ban reason: 3.3 Your account with the Website must be registered in your own and correct name. Only one account per person, per household / address, per phone number / email, and per IP address is allowed. Any other accounts that are opened on the Website will be considered as 'Duplicate Accounts.' You must not attempt to open a Duplicate Account, including by providing false or alternative credentials. 3.4 We reserve the right to cancel bets, reject bonuses of any kind, cancel participation in any promotion, as well as permanently ban any customer from the bonus / promotion program of the Website at our sole and absolute discretion in case you opened Duplicate Account. The Company reserves the right to apply some or all above measures or not apply some of measures against Duplicate Accounts in particular cases at its sole and absolute discretion. *****I do not have a a duplicate account. When I contacted support asking for more information and proof of what they were claiming they provided nothing and said the decision was final and then didn’t reply again. Hello. I was depositing 10EUR with the 1st Deposit Bonus from the welcome package. After I won nearly 200€ I decided to cancel the whole 1st welcome bonus, including the winnings from the Freespins and the 100% Bonus. I finished the KYC, very fast successfully. Then I made a withdrawal request for about 165EUR and was waiting for 2 days. Now they declined the withdrawal request. And my account got banned, too. They said that I have duplicate Accounts. But, that's not true, because I dont have multiple Accounts. So I wrote to the Support via Email. They Copy Paste the same text from the Email, when they told me that my account is banned from now. I was replying to this answer and was asking again, why they banned my account. I don't have any idea why my account is banned. Especially because my KYC was successfully finished . I'm very shocked about the fact that they don't give me any response. I can't believe that they don't want to give me a chance to clarify the whole situation. I'm very sad about this.
