What pride-skill does

The skill sends requests to PRIDE Archive through scripts/rest_request.py. The script reads JSON from standard input and returns compact records or a summary; raw JSON is available when explicitly requested. Use projects to discover projects or projects/<PXD accession> to retrieve metadata for one project.

A request includes the API base address and path, with optional parameters, headers, and response settings. Search requests can include a keyword and page size. The script can also limit item count and response depth, set a timeout, and save the raw response. Python is required. In a long conversation, the skill runs requests again instead of relying on earlier results.
