What news-summary does

The skill reads headlines and descriptions from RSS feeds published by BBC, Reuters, NPR, and Al Jazeera. It turns major stories into a short briefing and can organise them by region or topic. World news, business, and technology feeds are included.

For an audio briefing, it creates the text first and then calls OpenAI TTS with the tts-1-hd model and onyx voice, writing audio to /tmp/news.mp3. Voice output requires OPENAI_API_KEY, so that mode will fail without a key. Its guidance calls for 5-8 leading stories and audio of about 2 minutes.
