marketing-os-starter — Claude Code skill: what it does, install
Builds a four-agent marketing team that moves from audience research to campaign copy and keeps campaign context across sessions.
npx skills add reason-machines/marketing-skills --skill marketing-os-starter -a claude-codeWhat marketing-os-starter does
This skill sets up four roles: Orchestrator, Researcher, Strategist, and Copywriter. They pass work through structured JSON contracts for an audience profile, creative brief, and copy deliverable. The package also includes five focused skills covering research, campaign briefs, copywriting, social posts, and email sequences.
Agency context lives in CLAUDE.md; brand files sit under brands/, while campaign history and working memory use memory/marketing-os/. You can run a full campaign pipeline from a natural request or invoke a single skill. If CLAUDE.md is left unconfigured, the agents have no agency priorities or operating standards to follow.
What it helps with
- run a campaign from research through final copy
- turn audience findings into a JSON profile
- draft a creative brief from campaign goals
- produce social posts, landing copy, or emails
- keep brand voice and campaign history in memory
Example prompts for the agent
- Set up the marketing team for this agency and create the
CLAUDE.md, brand, and memory structure. - Research the audience for this product, then create a campaign brief and finished copy.
- Run marketing research on attribution problems and save the result as
audience-profile.json.
