What integrations-page-generator does

This is a leftover compatibility entry from before the move. Integration Page construction now lives in Pagina, where the page-builder skill carries the Integration Page reference. The integrations-page-generator file itself holds no page rules.

Install it and ask for an Integration Page, and there is nothing to run. The file only points at the successor skill. Use page-builder from the kostja94/pagina repository instead.

The entry is marked moved, with kostja94/pagina/page-builder named as successor. The old kostja94/marketing-skills repository still serves install commands for integrations, but the Integration Page itself is maintained elsewhere now.
