game-demo-feedback-triage — Claude Code skill: setup
This skill turns playtest notes, streamer reactions, and bug lists into ranked fixes. Use it when a demo needs a clear next step before a build or event.
npx skills add akillness/jeo-skills --skill game-demo-feedback-triage -a claude-codeWhat game-demo-feedback-triage does
The skill takes a mixed feedback packet and records its setting first: source types, build stage, audience fit, evidence, and the next constraint. It then sorts findings into focused groups covering onboarding, core-loop clarity, balance, controls, stability, polish, and demo or store messaging.
Each group is weighed by recurrence, impact, audience relevance, and timing risk. The result is a compact brief with the strongest signals, ranked actions, items to watch, evidence gaps, and one recommended next artifact. It is a triage workflow, so it does not replace telemetry dashboards or automatic balance tuning.
It can work from repositories, bug trackers, survey exports, Discord notes, Steam Playtest material, and creator feedback documents. The workflow also keeps demo-quality blockers separate from problems in the store or demo pitch.
What it helps with
- sort mixed playtest notes into useful buckets
- rank fixes before the next game build
- compare player and streamer reactions
- separate repeated evidence from an isolated comment
- choose the next feedback or planning artifact
