The skill examines a company as a whole or focuses on one product line. It treats strengths and weaknesses as internal factors, while opportunities and threats come from outside signals. Each item gets a source and a Fact, Inference, or Assumption label. The report closes with S-O and W-T connections and possible next steps.
It first checks evidence already available in the session, then proposes a search plan if fresh research is needed. With little context, it asks up to three questions about the company, scope, decision, and perspective. Each quadrant can contain up to five ranked entries. The output follows a fixed structure and includes assumptions to validate.
The analysis relies on public sources, so private team knowledge alone is not a basis for this SWOT. Give it the company, scope, and decision the work should inform; otherwise, it starts by asking questions and marking assumptions.
