What content-refresher does

The seo-geo-claude-skills repository is now a signpost archive. Individual skills are no longer developed there. The standalone content-refresher skill was merged into content-writer within the aaron-marketing-skills bundle. This transition makes the old standalone version obsolete for active feature work.

A frozen standalone copy remains preserved under tag v9.9.12 at optimize/content-refresher/SKILL.md. Projects relying on the previous setup can still load that specific file. For ongoing development, the author directs users to the consolidated bundle using npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills -s content-writer.
