What alert-manager does

The seo-geo-claude-skills repository now serves purely as a signpost. Standalone development of alert-manager stopped here because its features were folded into seo-geo/monitor/performance-monitor. The active code lives inside the aaron-marketing-skills bundle.

A frozen standalone copy remains preserved under tag v9.9.12 at monitor/alert-manager/SKILL.md. Upstream updates require switching to performance-monitor from the new package. The repository README outlines the full mapping that reduced 20 skills down to 16.
