What business-health-diagnostic does

This skill reviews SaaS performance across growth and retention, unit economics, capital efficiency, and strategic position. It connects measures such as revenue growth, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, payback, burn rate, and runway with stage-specific benchmarks, then sorts findings by urgency.

The session is interactive. It asks up to 4 adaptive questions and returns a health scorecard with prioritized recommendations. You can provide metrics, company context, and the reason for the review; partial metrics are accepted. A pre-revenue company should use a product-market-fit workflow instead.
