What biostudies-arrayexpress-skill does

The skill sends BioStudies and ArrayExpress API requests through scripts/rest_request.py. Search with search or ArrayExpress/search; retrieve a record using its accession in studies/<accession>. The studies/<accession>/info path is available too. By default, the agent turns the script response into a concise Markdown summary.

The script reads a JSON object from stdin with base_url and path; searches can also include paging parameters and a result limit. To keep the full API response, set save_raw=true. The script writes it to a file and returns the path. Check where that file will go before asking for a full payload.
