What binance-futures-signal-bot does

This skill gives the agent a working path to a futures trading bot on Binance, Bybit and OKX. Signals arrive from a Telegram channel, a TradingView webhook or your own API endpoint, and the bot turns them into orders with a chosen leverage, position sizing and a trailing stop. Everything is driven by config.json and an interactive python main.py menu that covers dependency install, settings, signal sources, auto trading, strategy config, position manager and the P&L dashboard.

Four strategies ship in the config: EMA crossover, RSI divergence, Bollinger breakout and MACD momentum. Each can be toggled on its own, and when several run together the bot picks the strongest signal and drops the conflicting ones. Keep secrets out of the file — the README points to environment variables such as BINANCE_API_KEY, BINANCE_API_SECRET, OKX_PASSPHRASE and TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN, and config.json is gitignored.

You need Python 3.10+ plus the packages in requirements.txt: rich, python-binance, ccxt, pandas, ta, websockets, cryptography. TradingView alerts only reach the bot if port 8080 is open and the alert webhook points at /webhook on your server. Leverage is configurable up to 125x, yet the sample config sits at 5x and the parameter notes suggest starting at 2–5x — with no futures-enabled API keys the bot places nothing at all, so run it against testnet first.

What it helps with

  • wire Telegram channel signals into live order execution
  • receive TradingView webhook alerts and act on them
  • set leverage and per-trade position size as a share of balance
  • add a trailing stop and a daily loss cap
  • debug a bot that reads signals but never trades

Example prompts for the agent

  • Set up the Binance futures bot with keys from environment variables, 5x leverage and BTCUSDT plus ETHUSDT
  • Connect the Telegram channel as the signal source and start auto trading
  • Enable the EMA crossover strategy with 9 and 21 periods and open the P&L dashboard
