What anything-analyzer-cdp does

The skill describes an Electron application with an embedded browser and Chrome DevTools Protocol capture. It records network requests, JavaScript hook events, and storage snapshots, grouping them inside a session with a target URL. The resulting data can be turned into a protocol report.

Its architecture includes a CDP manager, capture engine, injected scripts, SQLite storage through better-sqlite3, a React interface, and an AI pipeline. The pipeline classifies scenes such as registration, OAuth, or API authentication, selects relevant requests, and streams the model response to the renderer. AI analysis needs a configured OpenAI, Anthropic, or custom-compatible provider with an API key. On Windows, native-module builds require Visual Studio Build Tools; if better-sqlite3 fails, run pnpm rebuild.

The application setup uses git clone, pnpm install, and pnpm dev, with pnpm build for a production build. The skill itself is installed into the selected coding platform.

What it helps with

  • capture browser requests through CDP
  • record JavaScript events and storage snapshots
  • inspect OAuth or registration traffic
  • generate an AI protocol report
  • keep captured data in SQLite

Example prompts for the agent

  • Use anything-analyzer-cdp to inspect a browser protocol through CDP.
  • Analyze the captured traffic and map the OAuth authentication flow.
  • Create a report for the registration flow, including form fields and API steps.
