What grill-with-docs does

The skill initiates an aggressive questioning session to pressure-test plans and technical designs. Instead of passively agreeing with proposals, the assistant probes edge cases and trade-offs. As the conversation progresses, it translates established choices directly into architecture decision records and builds out domain vocabulary files.

Behind the scenes, the workflow bridges deep questioning with domain modeling. The assistant inspects the workspace using tools such as Read, Grep, Glob, and Bash to confirm codebase facts independently instead of pestering the developer.

Control returns to the engineer at designated decision gates. The procedure expects small reversible adjustments. Assumptions must be stated plainly.
