The skill lays out cold outreach as a six-stage pipeline: signal detection, contact enrichment, personalization, sequencing, sending, and follow-ups. Your agent follows that structure and tells you what belongs at each stage.
Inside you get a signal table with sources and timing windows, a waterfall enrichment model where providers run in order and stop at the first verified address, and a priority list of data to collect per contact. Clay, Instantly and Smartlead come up as the tools for the job.
Before anything gets built, the skill asks for your ICP, volume targets, current tools, budget and compliance constraints. Skip the ICP and you burn domains on sends that never land, so the agent asks first and designs after.
