lead-enrichment — Claude Code skill: lead enrichment and ICP scoring
A skill for building waterfall contact enrichment, scoring leads against your ICP, and verifying data. Useful when coverage has to go up without the cost per lead following.
npx skills add chadboyda/agent-gtm-skills --skill lead-enrichment -a claude-codeWhat lead-enrichment does
The skill turns the agent into a B2B data architect. ICP scoring is split into three signal layers: firmographic, technographic and intent. Intent carries the heaviest weight at 0.40, firmographic and technographic sit at 0.30 each, since timing matters more than a clean profile match.
Scoring tables cover headcount, revenue, industry, geography and funding stage, with separate formulas for the technographic and intent layers. Another section walks through the waterfall itself: providers are queried one after another, and once a field comes back verified the system stops asking for it. Pre-qualification runs first and drops disposable addresses and off-ICP domains, which keeps credits from burning on leads you would never work.
Five things get confirmed up front: target ICP, current stack, which fields are weak, monthly lead volume and budget. If a draft workflow or Clay table already exists, the agent reads it before proposing edits. Treat the ranges in the tables as a starting point and swap in your own closed-won numbers from the CRM.
What it helps with
- stack several providers into one waterfall without paying for redundant lookups
- score accounts across firmographic, technographic and intent signals
- filter out disposable emails and off-ICP domains before enriching
- find which fields in the database are thin and who can fill them
- rank intent signals so SDRs know who to call first
Example prompts for the agent
- Build a waterfall for this list: Apollo first, then Hunter for emails
- Score these accounts against our ICP and sort them by priority
- Review my Clay table draft and tell me where coverage is leaking
