What agency-agents-ai-specialists does

The skill ships a roster of agent personalities organised into divisions. On the engineering side you get a frontend developer covering React, Vue and Angular with Core Web Vitals in mind, a backend architect, a mobile builder, a DevOps automator, a security engineer, a PR reviewer, a database tuner and more. Design roles handle UI, user research, brand consistency and image-generation prompts. Marketing, sales and paid media each have their own folder.

Each role is a markdown file describing how that agent works and what it hands back. In Claude you copy the files into ~/.claude/agents/ or symlink the whole set there so edits reach you without a reinstall. Every other supported tool goes through an interactive installer: ./scripts/convert.sh writes the integration files, then ./scripts/install.sh detects what is present and places the rules. You can also point it at one tool with a flag.

The agent files themselves live in a separate agency-agents repository. Clone it before running anything, because both scripts operate on that checkout and have nothing to convert without it. Once the rules are in place you invoke a role by name in chat; in Cursor the installed rule is referenced as @engineering-frontend-developer from .cursor/rules/.
