What ae-engage does

The skill connects the agent to Hermes Engage capabilities using the ae-cli tool. It provides access to delivery channel settings like Webhook, APNS, or FCM, alongside scene configurations and flow lifecycle reports. Output defaults to JSON, with built-in support for --jq expressions and custom endpoints via --host.

The agent must verify project identifiers against actual resource lists before applying changes. Hallucinating metric names, event keys, or project references is prohibited. Creating a draft task will not trigger delivery or route an item for approval. Standard writes execute immediately, while high-risk actions demand explicit confirmation. Without the ae-cli executable in your environment, the skill cannot run commands.

What it helps with

  • inspect active push channels and recipient touch limits
  • retrieve campaign experiment reports and operational metrics
  • duplicate strategy templates inside the scene configuration center
  • track query lifecycle and task draft statuses via CLI

Example prompts for the agent

  • List all active push channels in the project using ae-cli engage-setting.
  • Check the fatigue-control rules and touch limits for current channels.
  • Fetch the metric report for the latest operation task in JSON format.
