adspower-antidetect-browser — Claude Code skill: AdsPower profiles
A skill that gives your agent ready calls for creating, launching and stopping AdsPower browser profiles over the local API.
npx skills add reason-machines/marketing-skills --skill adspower-antidetect-browser -a claude-codeWhat adspower-antidetect-browser does
The skill documents the AdsPower local HTTP API on port 50325 and hands the agent working snippets in Python and JavaScript. Create a profile with a name and group, start it, stop it, list profiles by group. Connection examples for Selenium, Puppeteer and Playwright are included, so an agent can drive a launched profile instead of guessing at the endpoints.
AdsPower itself is a desktop app for Windows and macOS. The skill does not replace it. Install the app first, create an account, then turn on API access under Settings → API Settings. Nothing will answer on localhost:50325 until the app is running with the API enabled. A cloud API setup expects a key in the ADSPOWER_API_KEY environment variable.
This is for teams running several accounts side by side. Each profile keeps its own cookies, storage and fingerprint, so automating one does not touch the others.
What it helps with
- create an AdsPower profile from code and get its id
- start a profile and grab the WebSocket endpoint for automation
- attach Selenium to an already running browser window
- pull the profile list for one team group
- close a profile once a script finishes
Example prompts for the agent
- create an AdsPower profile named Campaign_Profile_1 in the marketing_team group
- start the profile and connect Playwright to it
- list every profile in the marketing_team group
